11:00a.m. Really Means 3:00p.m.
The title of this post is referring to the reason (at least in part) as to why I'm posting; I'm waiting for my friend to arrive to help me fix my external hard drive, and his, "I'll be there at x:xxa/p.m." means he will be there plus about 4 hours.
